How does check-in work?
All the houses have self check-in: we send you the instructions before you arrive and you let yourself in whenever you like, from the set time onwards. If you need us, we are there anyway.
Do you have accessibility needs?
Write to us before booking and tell us what you need, so we can give you all the information before your arrival.
Can I come by car?
Yes, you can come by car. In Monterosso there are two main paid car parks, Parcheggio Loreto and Parcheggio Fegina. La Casa di Gianna has parking available all year round, except in July and August.
Can I bring my dog?
Write to us before booking: it depends on the house and the time of year. We would rather say yes knowingly than no out of habit.
Is the tourist tax included?
No. The tourist tax of the Municipality of Monterosso al Mare is paid on arrival and is not included in the booking price.
Why book here instead of on a platform?
Because there’s no platform commission, so booking costs less. And if you’d like any information, you can message us privately before booking.
