Holiday home in Monterosso al Mare, in the Fegina district: two hundred and fifty metres from the beach, three hundred and ninety from the station. Open-plan living area with a double bed, a separate bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and a full kitchen. Private terrace of thirty square metres overlooking the hillside, with a dining table, a seating area and sun loungers. Air conditioning, WiFi, induction hob. Ideal for families with children or for friends travelling together in the Cinque Terre.
The space
The apartment is laid out as a single open-plan space that brings together the living area, the fitted kitchen and the double bed. A door separates the second bedroom with its two single beds, so the children have a room of their own. The bathroom has a shower.
The open-plan space opens straight onto the private terrace of thirty square metres, facing the green hillside and a quiet side road. It is entirely for our guests: a dining table for six, a seating area with armchairs, two sun loungers and a shade cover for the hottest hours.
The kitchen has an induction hob, a coffee machine, a fridge and a full set of crockery. Air conditioning and heating throughout the apartment, and WiFi. The apartment is reached by twelve external steps.

Self check-in with a coded key safe, available from 2 pm. The apartment is entirely reserved for our guests: no shared spaces, terrace included.
